USING HAND MIXING TECHNIQUES WE’LL MIX AND DEVELOP THE DOUGH THEN SCALE, SHAPE AND PROVE BEFORE FRYING AND FILLING THEM AND DECORATING WITH CUSTARDS, JAM AND HONEYCOMB THAT YOU’VE MADE YOURSELF.
YOU’LL LEAVE THE COURSE WITH 6 FILLED DOUGHNUTS AND THE DOUGH TO MAKE 6 MORE AT HOME.
