Whether you prefer yours oozing with jam or packed with creamy custard, you can’t beat a warm, fresh doughnut. In this baking masterclass, we’ll teach you how to make our sweet, yeasted brioche dough and create your own delicious treats. In our Doughnut Masterclass, you’ll learn how to: Hand mix and develop your dough Scale, shape and prove Make custards, jam and honeycomb Fry, fill and decorate your doughnuts You’ll leave the course with 6 filled doughnuts and the dough to make 6 more at home.
Half-day baking masterclass. Refreshments on arrival and mid-morning. All ingredients, all equipment and a recipe folder. Two Magpies apron.
Suitable for all levels of experience. Age 18+ (16+ if accompanied by an adult).
