If using for bake school please note that our classes use a wide range of ingredients and, whilst we do have control measures in place, we cannot guarantee there will be no cross contamination. Across our class schedule we handle all the main allergens of dairy, nuts, gluten (wheat), egg, sesame, sulphites and soya. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.
